钟鸣，57年6月生于四川隆昌，从小爱好绘画和泥塑，下乡两年半，教过四年高初中数学，当过中西医医生，做过几年工人，90毕业于中国艺术研究院，现任中国美协湖北分会会员，中国工艺美术雕塑委员会会员，宜昌市美协理事，三峡画院特聘雕塑家，北京东方书画交流协会理事，生平载入《世界华人艺术家博览大典》香港版，《跨世纪著名书画艺术家经典》，《世界名人录》，《中国当代艺术届名人录》等。 89年进修于中国艺术研究院理论班，授课老师有：水天中、邵大缄、闻立鹏、陶咏白、朗绍君、陈绶祥、易英、薛永年、张幼农。90年参加由湖北美院邀请美籍华人李宗茂举办的第一届现代陶艺研习班。qq:346451093. 手机:13972583950.
钟鸣艺术之旅——
1989年，《陶艺希包装》获第三届中南六省“银奖”，作品发表在《中国包装》杂志上。同年，2件石雕作品入选湖北第七届美展。
1990年，第六期《美术》发表文章，第五期《中国陶瓷》发表论文，常在《美术报》发表文章和作品。同年创作陶艺《我的一家》获景德镇首届国际陶瓷精品大赛三等奖，全国首届陶艺展银奖。
1991年，雕塑作品《土家人的心声》获湖北美展优秀奖。同年参加湖北首届现代陶艺展，同省美院教师出画册。
1996年，参加北京首届国际艺术博览会个展，8件作品被收藏。
1997年，湖北电视台“人物春秋”专访报道艺术人生。
2000年，参加中国美协和大连市文联国际艺术博览会个展，二十多件作品被收藏。
2003年，生平载入由左正尧著的《超越泥性》中国当代艺术书物。
2004年，参加上海“全国首届中国现代工艺美术展”。
2008年，3件作品被三峡画院收藏。同年为宜昌市石牌、三峡人家、金狮洞、白果树等风景区设计制作仿大型石雕、木雕、铜雕数件，徽派建筑、古建筑数栋，木长廊和牌坊等。
2009年，为昆山市城雕征集作品《生命之树》获奖。同年，北京首都机场杂志刊登作品和生平。
2010年，上海豫园艺苑收藏十多件陶艺作品。10月份参加景德镇国际瓷博会，两件作品被景德镇陶瓷博物馆收藏。同年，作品和生平登入《三峡艺苑》。
Resume of Zhong Ming
Zhong Ming, the member of China artists association, the member of sculpture committee of Chinese Arts and Crafts Institute, and the distinguished visiting professor of Sanxia painting academy,was born June, 1957, in Sichuan province, China, and graduated from the Institute of Fine Arts, Academy of Arts of China in 1980.
He was written into the“WORD CHINESE ARTISTS EXHIBITION”, and the“CHINESE CONTEMPORARY CELEBRITIES OF ART WORD”.
In 1989, his stone sculptures were adopted in“the 7th Arts exhibition of Hubei province”. His work “pottery packing” won the silver medal in“the 3rd Central South 6-Province Arts exhibition”.
In 1990, his article was published in the 6th“Arts Study”. His pottery work “my family” won third prize of“Jingdezhen 1st international pottery works hard exhibition”.
In 1991, attended“the 1st Hubei present pottery arts exhibition”. Pottery work “aspirations of the Tujia people” won prize in“Hubei arts exhibition sculpture show”.
In 1995, attended“Jingdezhen Gaoling international pottery seminar”.
In 1996, attended “Beijing 1st international arts exhibition individual exhibition”.
